
We’re delighted to be working with this great client again; their culture is innovative, collaborative and supportive. They’re looking to bring on-board a UX Specialist for 6 months, which may well be extended to 12 months and possibly to a permanent role. It's to work closely with content management, technical development and online marketing specialists to help define and implement the user experience journey across product, campaign and site centric initiatives.
We’ve called it a UX Producer as there is lots to be done and they are still reasonably new to digital so it's about identifying UX across all of their digital assets, creating a needs analysis roadmap and wireframes, working with numerous stakeholders within the business and project managing that through.
We’re looking for a solid track record in digital marketing program/project management with at least 2+ years UI / UX design/Accessibility/IA experience (web, mobile, native applications, social, email, promotions, etc.) We would expect you to have a deep understanding of best practices pertinent to UX, SEO, Social Media, web content and analytics as well as having a good understanding of CMS; Adobe CQ, Sitecore, Fatwire etc.
Great if you have worked in corporate or a comparable agency and have experience in complex organisations that require collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
