Really interesting contract role that could morph into something more as their new Global Head of Digital is working across a number of innovative initiatives.
We're looking for someone with a real depth of digital experience, someone that's across online marketing and content creation, knows how to run multiple digital projects end to end, whether that is with an external agency or via other internal stakeholders to deliver on copy, Legal/Regulatory approvals, UX etc
There's multiple products and multiple projects within the business such as enhancements to the websites for particular lines of business so you may need to do an audit and understand what the stakeholders want to achieve, unpack the UX on the site to support that and come up with suggestions for what the content and customer engagement should be. Have a customer and best practice lens on that, then manage through with the relevant people who need to do creative, content and build to get that live.
So it's a varied role with lots of scope and you would need to be happy to navigate the many complexities, requirements and stakeholder management.
A few more details:
Scope and oversee campaigns for B2B/B2C audiences and web enhancement/development projects – end to end (conception, management, testing and implementation).
Need to be capable of keeping track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
Have experience working with a variety of marketing, creative and technical staff to execute initiatives and can actively manage and engage stakeholders across the business.
Ensure that web updates comply with brand guidelines.
Expertise with digital conventions (accessibility, UX, SEO etc).
Good knowledge of CMS.
