The role is to manage a team of 3; creating digital assets, integrated marketing strategies that optimise engagement, sales growth and competitive positioning. As they continue to grow and roll out new initiatives, you'll be responsible for driving best practice and digital experiences that showcase innovation, product stories and will contribute to the overall brand strategy and sales goals. There’s lots of stakeholder management and global partner engagement so someone experienced in working across diverse teams and geographies with a natural ability to influence would work well in this role.
We’re looking for someone who has a deep understanding of online marketing best practices. Someone that follows industry trends, gets technology and has experience across analytics, search, CRM, CMS, content, UX and social. Great if you have experience related to multiple country websites and new product launches as you’ll be required to implement and manage short and long term digital site and marketing strategies. You’ll also be responsible for managing global content governance including standards, processes and policies working across legal and regulatory departments. A big part of the role is that of digital ambassador and you really need to be good at articulating digital concepts to non-digital stakeholders and able to influence and build partnerships with Marcomms, Product, Commercial teams to gain support for both investment and best practice initiatives.
