Working very closely with Brand & Acquisition, Customer Engagement and Development Teams you would set-up and manage site roadmap, analysing web site traffic, utilise data and research tools, implement testing (A/B and MVT) and make recommendations to maximise conversion rates and improve the overall user experience.
We're looking for exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion/persuasion best practices, user-centred design principles (click-tracking, persona development, UX/UI design, user feedback, surveying, testing). You also need experience in all aspects of planning, producing, implementing and managing projects (wireframing, copywriting, design principles, analytics, testing) as well as a good understanding of SEO best practice.
