CLOSED. Digital, Brand and PR Marketing Manager - Online Retail - eCommerce

We're looking for someone who has:
  • worked for an eCommerce business preferably B2C retailer
  • planned and executed campaigns and promotions that achieve customer acquisition, retention and revenues
  • developed and measured key metrics around the business including customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and customer lifetime values
  • CRM experience and can leverage data and analytics to gain consumer insights
  • been responsible for brand and PR
  • can manage a cross-functional marketing and creative team
  • managed a reasonable sized marketing budget - and great if you have the experience across digital, TV, radio, outdoor, print and events

So it's a great opportunity and whilst there's lots of responsibility, the client is looking to engage an Online Marketer more at the mid-level range.
