The role is to work with partners to develop integrated solutions that delivers on customer acquisition, retention and loyalty benefits that create a win-win proposition for both partners.

It's an interesting position and as mentioned it's certainly a growth market. There are no direct reports as such but the role has huge potential to develop into a leadership position for the right person.  What we're looking for is someone who:

  • can sell an integrated marketing solution
  • has a good track record in sales
  • the ability to present at executive level
  • knows how to execute on long term partnership deals
  • excellent knowledge of marketing
  • can drive multiple campaigns in unison
  • has managed a portfolio of marketing and advertising clients
  • has a sound understanding of the Australian marketing and commercial landscape
  • brings a structured and strategic approach to business development
  • can work autonomously
  • has a passion for digital and has worked in online sales
  • is engaging and vibrant, someone who has that certain je ne sais quoi

Ideally, you will have a background in marketing/advertising with experience in creating integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and solutions.  A Degree in  Marketing would be great.

Salary wise - up to $140k base with an OTE of $180k
