Key responsibilities will include driving revenues, business growth, being the brand ambassador, leading and inspiring the team and putting in place further structures around marketing and the online sales process. The business is moving from the feel of a start-up, although they've been in business for a good few years, to now embarking on what we believe to be a very exciting growth journey. It's a senior appointment and you need to have a depth of digital marketing; search, social and very importantly CRM and Analytics - really understand data; customer segmentation, develop insights from customer analysis right through to re-target best practice. Whilst acquisition marketing is key, so is retention and loyalty so you'll probably have at least 10+ years in competitive consumer marketing for well regarded brands and bring to the table lots of knowledge in digital, direct and brand marketing.
