It's a senior appointment and you need to have a depth of digital marketing; search, social and very importantly CRM and Analytics - really understand data; customer segmentation, develop insights from customer analysis right through to re-target best practice. Whilst acquisition marketing is key, so is retention and loyalty so you'll probably have at least 10+ years in competitive consumer marketing for well regarded brands and bring to the table lots of knowledge in digital, direct and brand marketing.
