This particular role is to take the lead of an already profitable business - 30million in 3 years, and to double that growth over x years. They have a team of approx. 30 with some digital experience, with the rest of the teams across research & insights, customer service and telesales. It's a fascinating business and one with many opportunities as you also have input into the multi-channel strategy across the broader group of companies. What they don't have on-board is what we call a Digital Commercial Marketer, creating smart ways to target consumers that ultimately drive sales. Responsibilities include, driving the business forward and overseeing a multi-option strategy that includes web, mobile and telesales that increases the customer database, increases sales and revenues. What we're looking for... GM of eCommerce with proven track record in growing a recent online retail business.
