Think of this role as the gatekeeper of the real estate that sits across an eCommerce site.  The Digital Marketing Manager drives the consumers to the trading destination and you are then responsible for everything else.

Responsibilities include...
Managing the site from product positioning, display advertising to syndication, customer user experience, shopping baskets, payment gateway, mobile capability and optimisation and analysis of the trading of the site.  You'll have a team of content specialists from enrichment to technical design and a Site Performance Analyst as well as an Online Site Optimisation Manager who we are currently recruiting.  You'll also work closely with tech and QA teams to ensure that the site is continually enhanced and optimised to effectively drive online revenues.  You'll also be responsible for creating rich content loyalty programmes that help create consumer advocacy.

We envisage that you'll be presently working in a similar eCommerce role and you'll have sound mobile experience coupled with excellent project management skills and a great eye for detail.  You'll also be a brilliant problem solver and an effective communicator as there are many relationships one needs to foster to get things done. 
 
The position is open due to maternity cover, however it's likely that the role will morph into a more permanent role as they have many opportunities across their group of companies.
