These are people of the highest caliber all of whom have a successful career track record over 20 years or more; they are currently performing non-exec and chair roles with start-up and/or ASX listed businesses; they all bring exceptional networks, strategic insight, practical experience and working knowledge of good corporate governance;  and, needless to say, they have a deep knowledge of digital across media, e-comm, mobile, convergence, etc.  if you’re interested, expect a reasonable amount of due diligence and scrutiny from their side as part of the process of coming to terms.
