We rely heavily on innovation and technology as it’s no small task designing and developing 1,500 consumer products as well as manufacturing and distributing 1 billion products yearly.

We first engaged LaVolta as we were restructuring Creata Interactive and wanted to bring on board a Business Analyst to help re-define and re-scope the business requirements. I was most impressed when they presented Rachel Dixon as an Interim Executive and her appointment worked out exceptionally well for us. Our next requirement was to bring on a Technical Director to put many of Rachel’s recommendations in place and to overhaul our entire digital operations. LaVolta presented Cam Lindquist who has done an amazing job for the business and has helped us transition a major component of our international production. I was pretty impressed with LaVolta as not only had they introduced 2 exceptional executives but they were also active in the placement of other roles across the business.

My last test to them was one of the fastest briefs I have ever given. We needed a Senior Consultant to work on a big client project in Japan and we needed them to start within a week, which is a pretty tough call. LaVolta introduced Daniel Barton who did such a great job that we decided to keep him full time.
