Digital Creative Director

Australia’s oldest independent digital agency (ranked in the top 3 Interactive Marketing Agencies in Australia in 2009) now seeks a Digital Creative Director to join its senior management team. Formed in the mid-nineties as a pure web agency, our client has been at the forefront of web development and online marketing for over a decade.
Who we’re looking for:
You will have cut your teeth in the world of advertising many years ago and understand, first hand, where digital fits into the greater scheme of things and how it impacts a client’s brand, their product and ultimately their customers. You currently work with senior business minds to help articulate their messages to their customers and translate these into identity and creative that is breakthrough and compelling. You are a visionary leader, with a proven track record of shaping creative teams to deliver stand-out design excellence and your “book” will read like a Who’s Who of top shelf brands. You continue to be excited about the new communications opportunities online and the technologies that underpin them and focused on pushing these to the limit.

Responsibilities (in a nutshell):
As Digital Creative Director, you will be responsible for the entire creative output of the agency with stewardship of the creative team and creative processes; the ideation, presentation and execution of client branding and marketing communications campaigns; the profitability and creative quality of client projects, and the operational readiness of the creative team. You will also, operate at a senior management level, with the appropriate responsibilities and accountabilities associated with managing the productivity and growth of the agency.
