Operations Director - Digital Agency, Melbourne
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Operations Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of agency performance including; process and productivity, team and performance management, financial management and reporting, project management and client engagement. You will also lead the production function for the agency; working with key internal stakeholders and mentoring a team of producers whilst overseeing the quality of work delivered by the agency.
It is expected that prospective applicants will have extensive experience working within the Interactive industry and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a successful digital agency. We are looking for an individual with drive and passion; a natural leader who thrives in a fast paced agency environment who lives and breaths “digital”.
